The Ritual:

Place a dropper full in the palm of your hand. Inhale deeply. Sweep the brush across the oil to coat the bristle. To dry brush, simply sweep the brush gently across your skin, in short strokes, always in the direction of the heart. Use circular motions around your joints. Be gentle! This is meant to move the lymph nodes just below your skin, not to heavily exfoliate. Many people prefer to dry brush before they shower, but it can be done at any time. Add more oil throughout as desired.
